We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who is passionate about helping others, supporting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring our HR operations run smoothly.

This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to be a trusted resource for employees, support meaningful HR initiatives, and contribute to building an engaged and thriving workforce across our hospital.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, credentialing, and required hiring documentation.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a welcoming and compliant start for new employees.
  • Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners in employee relations matters and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain employee records, training documentation, licensure tracking, and HR files in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, surveys, recognition events, and workforce development activities.
  • Help prepare HR reports, support audits, and ensure accurate tracking of workforce metrics and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping review to ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing.
  • Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations while maintaining proper documentation and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups of employees.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and other HR systems.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • You’ll be part of a supportive, mission-driven healthcare organization.
  • Your work will directly support the employees who care for our patients and community.
  • You’ll gain valuable HR experience while working closely with leadership and department teams.
  • We offer opportunities for professional growth, continuing education, and a comprehensive benefits package.
