In This Role, You Will:
- Serve as a helpful point of contact for employees with questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communications.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, credentialing, and required hiring documentation.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a welcoming and compliant start for new employees.
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners in employee relations matters and follow-up activities.
- Maintain employee records, training documentation, licensure tracking, and HR files in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, surveys, recognition events, and workforce development activities.
- Help prepare HR reports, support audits, and ensure accurate tracking of workforce metrics and compliance documentation.
- Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping review to ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing.
- Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations while maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups of employees.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and other HR systems.
