Areas That Will Play to Your Strengths (all the responsibilities we’ll trust you with, no pressure 😉):

  • Team Member Onboarding & Offboarding: You will coordinate onboarding tasks including background checks, I-9 verification, and system setup. You will also support offboarding processes including exit paperwork and offboarding logistics
  • HRIS & Record Maintenance: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date team member records in our HR systems, including auditing each HRIS system quarterly.
  • Administrative Support: You will prepare HR-related documents, assist with employment verifications, track team members’ leaves and benefit changes and assist with benefit billing.
  • Reporting & Documentation: You will generate HR monthly and quarterly reports, maintain organized records and support yearly audits.
  • Project Support: You will provide project support to the HR team including creating creatives, handbook updates, help coordinate team member engagement initiatives.
  • Office Management: You will support smooth day-to-day operations including management office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests and serving as the primary point of contact for office vendors.
  • Event & Logistics Support: You will help coordinate on-site meetings, celebrations and small team events, ensuring all logistics, supplies and set up are handled efficiently.


What Will Put You Ahead:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in HR administration experience.  
  • You are familiar with HRIS systems HR/admin tools (BambooHR is a plus!).
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel and Word).
  • You have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • You have great communication skills.  
  • You have an ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Base Salary Range: i.e., $50,000 to $65,000
  • Bonus in addition to base salary compensation
  • Status: Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
