Human Resource Coordinator – Noble Community Clinics

About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and supports recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide timely support for HR, payroll, and benefits inquiries 
  • Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and candidate communication 
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and orientation 
  • Maintain accurate employee records in ADP and ensure data integrity 
  • Support compliance activities, including licensure tracking and audits 
  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll processes 
  • Generate HR reports and track key metrics 
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field 
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (healthcare preferred) 
  • Experience with ADP strongly preferred 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities 
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
