Position Summary

The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resources team, with a primary focus on employee documentation, data entry, and compliance processes. The coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accurate records. and supporting the HR processes in alignment with Oregon and federal employment requirements. 


Key Responsibilities

HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Complete and track Form I-9 employment eligibility verification in compliance with federal requirements
  • Enter and maintain employee data in the HRIS system with a high degree of accuracy
  • Process and monitor wage garnishments and child support orders, coordinating with payroll as needed and employees
  • Assist with administration and tracking of employee leaves (including Oregon-specific leaves such as OFLA and Paid Leave Oregon), ensuring proper documentation is collected and maintained
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready employee files (electronic and/or paper)
  • Support compliance with Oregon wage and hour requirements through accurate record keeping

HR Administrative Support

  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including new hire paperwork and document collection
  • Support offboarding processes, including final documentation and record updates
  • Prepare standard HR forms, letters, and employment documents
  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR processes
  •  Assist with benefits administration tasks such as enrollments and updates
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative or HR support experience, or associate degree in Human Resources or related field 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Understanding of confidentiality and handling of sensitive employee information
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements including Oregon-specific labor law regulations
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass a background check
