Human Resources Coordinator
Summary:
As Team Members of the Human Resources team, Human Resources Coordinators are CRCR Ambassadors and take personal ownership to ensure all their actions are in the best interest of the business. Human Resources Coordinators are responsible for aiding and facilitating with Human Resources (HR) processes. They provide administrative support to the HR team, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
Position Functions
Essential Functions:
• Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and Team Members relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring process, etc.
• Schedule meetings and interviews with the required materials prepared.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.
• Assist with recruitment, record retention, and the interview process.
• Provide clerical support for Team Members.
• Track the status of candidates in HRIS and respond with follow-up calls at the end of the recruiting and gaming processes.
• Assist in the facilitation and maintenance of the uniform program for all departments.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital Team Member records.
• Manage Team Member Birthday and Anniversary dates.
• Assist with Team Member orientation, training, and other Human Resources tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with HR for annual events such as Open Enrollment and Team Member Appreciation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in an office environment.
