Human Resource Coordinator
Job description
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for growing the business by growing our people. You will enter the community as an ambassador of Chick -Fil-A and use creative recruiting tactics to source the best talent. You must develop a thorough understanding of our unique culture and be adept at finding individuals who are a good fit for our team and will thrive in a fast-paced, guest centric environment. Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to maintain staffing levels that promote the growth of the business without compromising the integrity of the Chick-Fil- A culture and our mission to have a positive influence on all who come in contact with us.
Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not restricted to, the following:
-Creative recruiting and advertise positions.
-Collect and review applications from various outlets(in house, CFA website, other online career boards, etc.)
-Conduct interviews with applicants who meet the minimum job requirements to determine if they are a good fit for our team.
-Complete new hire onboarding, including paperwork (hotschedules, and others as necessary).
-Scheduling orientation dates, notifying new hires of dates/times for picking up uniforms and reporting to orientation.
-Coaching, disciplining employees as required by CFA culture and written policies.
-Build Relationship within team.
-Order name tags so that new hires have required items before orientation and also maintain a stock supply for team members who forget uniform items (belt, hat, name tag, etc.).
-Notifying new and current team members of mandatory meetings/appointments.
-Complete team member offboarding as necessary, including exit interviews, collecting uniforms.
-Conduct semiannual performance reviews with current team members; meet with leadership team to discuss pay raises; meet with team members to award pay raises.
-Quarterly management surveys.
-Maintain the employee handbook to ensure is stays updated and maintains the CFA standard.
