We are seeking a organized, detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our daily HR operations. The ideal candidate has spent at least 2 years in a fast-paced administrative role and is ready to apply that foundational organization to a career in HR. You will be the "face" of the department for new hires and the "backbone" of our employee data management.
Talent Acquisition Support: Manage job postings, coordinate high-volume interview loops, and serve as the primary point of contact for candidate communications.
Onboarding & Lifecycle: Lead the "Day 1" experience for new hires, ensuring all paperwork (I-9s, tax forms) is compliant and equipment is ready.
Data Integrity: Take full ownership of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring every employee change is tracked accurately and reports are pulled for leadership.
Culture & Engagement: Assist in organizing company-wide events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Compliance & Filing: Maintain digital and physical personnel files in accordance with labor laws and internal audit standards.
Benefits & Compliance: Answer basic employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
Administrative Oversight: Manage sensitive documentation and provide general clerical support to the HR leadership team.
Administrative: 2 years of professional administrative experience (required).
Human Resources: 1–2 years of HR-specific experience (strongly preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (vlookups in Excel is a plus) and experience with HRIS platforms (Paycom experience a plus).
Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to explain complex benefits or policies plainly
A proven track record of handling sensitive information with total discretion.
