About the Role

You’ll play a critical role in helping the People Operations function scale effectively by owning system data integrity, supporting team members, employees and managers with a customer‑service mindset, and proactively identifying opportunities to level up how we work.

 What You’ll Do

Act as the HR primary administrator and owner for UKG (and other HR systems), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance

  • Entering new hire, job change, and termination data

  • Maintaining personnel files (digital and/or physical)

  • Tracking training, acknowledgments, and sign‑in sheets

  • Ensuring documentation is complete and filed correctly

  • Supporting audits and compliance reviews

Input, maintain and audit employee records, job changes, workflows, run reports, all with exceptional attention to detail

Serve as the point of escalation for UKG questions, issues, and troubleshooting

Identify system and process inefficiencies and recommend improvements, enhancements, or changes

Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and other HR lifecycle processes through accurate system execution

Provide responsive, customer‑focused HR support to employees and leaders

Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and process guides for HR systems

Support reporting, audits, and data requests with accuracy and timeliness

Assist with HR projects and initiatives tied to growth and system optimization

Own data integrity across HR systems, proactively identifying and correcting discrepancies

Monitor processes closely and raise concerns early—before issues become employee‑impacting problems

Enforce process discipline and ensure standards are followed consistently

 What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in an HRIS Administrator role with a strong understanding of HR roles and responsibilities

Hands‑on experience with UKG (system administration strongly preferred)

Proven ability to function as a systems owner

Extreme attention to detail and strong data integrity mindset

Customer service–oriented, approachable, and anticipates problems with a solution‑focused approach

Team driven, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative to improve processes

Strong professional written and verbal communication skills

Desire to grow professionally with a great company

 Why You’ll Love Working Here

Opportunity to be a key owner of HR systems, not just a transactional user

Meaningful impact as the department evolves

Visibility and partnership with a fun, highly driven team

A role designed for long‑term growth within the People Operations department

You will thrive here if you:

You are a self-directed learner who ask thoughtful questions, seek clarity, and take initiative to understand the “why” behind the work.

Are deeply process‑driven and feel uneasy when workflows lack clarity or controls

Naturally doublecheck your work and feel responsible for accuracy even when no one is watching

Notice inconsistencies quickly and feel compelled to resolve them

Think in terms of controls, dependencies, and downstream impact

Feel a personal sense of ownership when something goes wrong—and satisfaction when it’s done correctly
