About the Role
You’ll play a critical role in helping the People Operations function scale effectively by owning system data integrity, supporting team members, employees and managers with a customerâservice mindset, and proactively identifying opportunities to level up how we work.
What You’ll Do
Act as the HR primary administrator and owner for UKG (and other HR systems), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Input, maintain and audit employee records, job changes, workflows, run reports, all with exceptional attention to detail
Serve as the point of escalation for UKG questions, issues, and troubleshooting
Identify system and process inefficiencies and recommend improvements, enhancements, or changes
Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and other HR lifecycle processes through accurate system execution
Provide responsive, customerâfocused HR support to employees and leaders
Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and process guides for HR systems
Support reporting, audits, and data requests with accuracy and timeliness
Assist with HR projects and initiatives tied to growth and system optimization
Own data integrity across HR systems, proactively identifying and correcting discrepancies
Monitor processes closely and raise concerns early—before issues become employeeâimpacting problems
Enforce process discipline and ensure standards are followed consistently
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in an HRIS Administrator role with a strong understanding of HR roles and responsibilities
Handsâon experience with UKG (system administration strongly preferred)
Proven ability to function as a systems owner
Extreme attention to detail and strong data integrity mindset
Customer service–oriented, approachable, and anticipates problems with a solutionâfocused approach
Team driven, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative to improve processes
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
