HR Coordinator

What You’ll Do as an HR Coordinator:

• Support weekly payroll preparation and data accuracy
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, I-9s, and exit logistics
• Maintain employee records and ensure digital filing is up to date and compliant
• Respond to basic HR inquiries and assist with employee communications
• Publish job postings and initiate offer letters
• Support benefits enrollment and assist with vendor coordination
• Maintain compliance postings for both in-center and remote employees
• Assist with special projects and team initiatives as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong communicator who is highly organized and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A quick learner who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
• Prior experience in HR, recruiting, payroll, or administrative support is helpful
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, Rippling) is a plus, but we’ll train the right person

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in multi-unit business (retail, salon/spa, hospitality, or franchise preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred (not required)

• Base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000/year + 20% Bonus Potential
