Ranew's Companies is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team in Waterloo, IA. The Human Resources Assistant Coordinator position is an integral part of the HR team by assisting the department with the day-to-day operations. The HR Assistant Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with our HR Manager with all things related to Ranew's past, present and future employees.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- This position will require travel between Allison, IA and Waterloo, IA.
- Administering tests, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and information.
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
- Organizes work.
- Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
