We are seeking a highly capable HR Coordinator to join our growing organization in the Franklin, TN area. What You’ll Do

You’ll support day-to-day HR operations across a wide range of functions, including:

  • Full-cycle recruitment and hiring coordination

  • Onboarding and new hire processing

  • Administration of leave programs, including FMLA

  • Maintenance of OSHA logs and compliance reporting

  • Support for payroll processing and auditing

  • Handling employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems

  • Assisting with policy implementation and compliance initiatives

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of HR generalist or coordinator experience

  • High trust position that requires steadfast ability to maintain confidence

  • Strong working knowledge of:

    • Hiring practices & employment compliance

    • FMLA and leave management

    • OSHA reporting requirements

    • Payroll processes

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball

  • A quick learner who can adapt and problem-solve on the fly

  • Tenacious and resilient—comfortable working through challenges and feedback

  • A service mindset—you treat employees like customers

  • Strong communication skills and professional judgment

  • Ability to meet deadlines when multiple priorities are at play.
