You’ll support day-to-day HR operations across a wide range of functions, including:
Full-cycle recruitment and hiring coordination
Onboarding and new hire processing
Administration of leave programs, including FMLA
Maintenance of OSHA logs and compliance reporting
Support for payroll processing and auditing
Handling employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
Assisting with policy implementation and compliance initiatives

5+ years of HR generalist or coordinator experience
