We Are Looking For 

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator that will play a key role in driving company growth, engagement, and fostering a best-in-class culture. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn global and full-cycle human resources as well as have a deep commitment to wanting to continue to grow their career to the next level. 


What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Assisting with the resourcing of candidates, recruitment, ADP Applicant tracking system and induction/orientation processes
  • Provide training resources to onboarding candidates
  • Compiling and maintaining up-to-date and accurate personnel records/files
  • Maintain employee updates and employee change memos
  • Reporting skills, preparing offer letters, contracts, etc.
  • Preparation and marketing for employee monthly events 
  • Prepare employee off-boarding docs
  • Supporting HRM with lower-level disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Continuously learning the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
  • Proving comprehensive administrative support and other ad hoc duties when required
  • Compiling and maintaining up-to-date and accurate personnel records/files
  • Supporting HRM with lower-level disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Performs other duties as needed

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Journalism, or related discipline

Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
