Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR & Admin Coordinator to play an essential role in establishing our new office in Philadelphia and supporting the company’s continued growth. This position is amongst the first few positions in our regional office with a great growth opportunity. This position will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the HR department in the areas of planning, managing on-boarding process for new hires including orientation.

Support all on boarding activities as it relates to ensuring all documentation provided by New Hires is accurate, complete and compliant

Prepare personnel files for delivery to payroll and internal HR department for New Hire processing

Lead monthly New Hire sessions

Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, forms are accurate and administered in a timely manner

Maintain work areas neat and organized

Responsible for management of company Guest house, room allocation, ensure that rooms are properly taken care off.

Assist with HR team with special projects on an as-needed basis

Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Must have a car and be able to run routine errands. You will be reimbursed for the travel expenses.



Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:


4-5 years of equivalent HR experience


“Can-do” attitude and pro-active.


Have strong, positive interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication skills


Extremely proficient in MS Office Suite


Excellent organizational and prioritization skills


Prior experience of working with a consulting company is highly preferred


Must be able to work independently as well as a part of a team and in a busy office


Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle within which to commute
