We are looking for a HR Coordinator who can play a critical role in our dynamic HR team. Day-to-day will be a mix of tactical HR support and hands-on office management.

Responsibilities:

HR & Administrative Support

  • Maintain digital and physical employee files with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Handle high-volume data entry for our HRIS, ensuring every new hire and status change is reflected accurately.
  • Assist the HR team with payroll prep.
  • Processes department invoices and expenses.
  • Assisting employees with everyday issues. I.E. replacing battery, locating resources, needing a notepad or Kleenex box.

Events & Culture

  • Lead the coordination of company events, from quarterly luncheons to raffles and other employee events.
  • Will be the one that helps ensure every new hire feels comfortable on day one by setting up workstations and coordinating orientation schedules as well as doing the orientation.

Facility Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, cleaning crews, and maintenance vendors.
  • Keep the office running by managing inventory and ordering everything from coffee to paper clips.

Requirements:

  • You have 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (word and excel), Planner and have ideally used HRIS or payroll software before. In addition comfortable using AI such as Claude and ChatGPT and other types of software as needed.
  • High level of detail and organization able to work as part of a team or individual contributor.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of people.
  • Able to proactively resolve problems quickly. I.E. Caterer cancels or the AC breaks, you’re already on the phone with a Plan B.
