Boyer Children's Clinic is currently seeking a Part-Time HR Coordinator. Boyer Children's Clinic provides medical, therapy, special education and family services to infants and young children with developmental delays, and their families. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by preparing job listings, posting job listings, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, setting up interviews with hiring managers, conducting reference checks and preparing offer letters.
- Conduct background checks for new hires
- Prepare onboarding materials, conduct new employee orientations, and file necessary new hire documents.
- Assist with benefits administration by processing benefit enrollment paperwork and terminations; ensuring COBRA paperwork is processed when needed.
- Maintain employee files and documents
- Track and maintain records of staff cerrtification and training
- Monitor and respond to HR correspondance and inquires
- Provide general support to the Performance Review process.
- Prepare and submit the annual EEO-1 Filing.
- Other duties as assigned.
