Argus Medical provides comprehensive billing and managements services which include contracting, credentialing, HR services, accounting, etc. to support Physicians in private practice.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiting Assistant to support daily HR operations and recruiting efforts at our office in Cypress, CA. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and coordinating recruiting activities to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both employees and candidates.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

This position supports a wide range of human resources and recruiting functions, including posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking and recruiting documentation. The role assists with preparing offer letters, onboarding materials, and facilitating new hire orientation, while tracking progress through the 30–60–90-day onboarding process, including training, compliance, and benefits enrollment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee data in ADP, organizing personnel files in compliance with company standards, ensuring timely and audit-ready I-9 documentation, and responding to HR-related inquiries. The position also supports employee engagement initiatives and company events and performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in human resources or recruiting support
  • Associate's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus but not
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience with ADP or a similar HRIS system
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach
  • Experience with high-volume data entry and accurate documentation
  • Knowledge of personnel file management, onboarding processes, I-9 verification, payroll support, healthcare-related compliance, and core HR practices
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with ability to take initiative within established policies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay Range: $23-27/hr

Pay Type: Hourly, non-exempt

Job Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm
