Description

Now Hiring: HR Generalist (Hybrid – Brentwood, TN)

Looking for your next step in HR? Join a high-growth healthcare company where your systems smarts and admin precision actually matter.

IVX Health is searching for a detail-driven HR Generalist to support our growing team at the national level. This hybrid role is based out of our Brentwood, TN corporate office—with full in-office onboarding and hybrid flexibility (3 days/week) after training.

If you’ve got 2–3 years of HR experience, thrive on clean data and well-oiled processes, and want to grow your career on a collaborative team that’s building something meaningful—we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

  • Own the Employee Lifecycle – Manage job, title, supervisor, and status changes in Paycom, coordinating closely with IT and Payroll for clean, timely execution.

  • Run Our Core HR Systems – Be the go-to for Paycom, ProviderTrust, MedTrainer, Seismic, and our internal Shop. Track certifications and renewals to ensure compliance and record integrity.

  • Support Compliance and Credentialing – Help prepare for audits and manage clinical documentation, including HIPAA, BLS/PALS, TB tests, and Hep B titers.

  • Be the First Line of Support – Answer employee questions around benefits, policies, and systems with accuracy and warmth—escalating issues to HR leadership or HRBPs when needed.

  • Provide Day-to-Day HR Admin – Handle employee acknowledgments (bereavement gifts, birthdays, anniversaries), assist with onboarding/offboarding, and maintain essential documentation.

  • Keep Policies Up to Date – Maintain policy documents and handbooks, track acknowledgments, and support rollout communications.

  • Track and Report Key Metrics – Run headcount, turnover, and diversity reports. Provide DEI-related insights and data support.

  • Foster Engagement and Recognition – Coordinate employee milestone celebrations, engagement events, and survey participation tracking.
