- Performance management.
- Regulatory compliance and reporting.
- Employee Onboarding and Orientation.
- Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Employee safety and welfare education.
- Serve as a liaison for facility employees.
- Consult with HR Business Partner on complex matters or when guidance is needed.
- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
