Job Description


Responsibility: 

Maintain data integrity in PS and personnel files by updating data at the requests of HR Partners and Business Leaders by running standard reports, analyzing data, identifying discrepancies and recommending changes. Create queries and run standard reports to deliver data based on Business, HR Partner and HR Leader requests.


Support the MeritNET System through data entry/reporting, maintaining, validating hierarchies and training managers.


Participate in vetting discussion with Employee Relations in resolving issues regarding attendance, tardiness and basic performance issues i.e. not meeting goals. Participate in written, final written and termination meetings with HR Partners and employees 


Answer general personnel policy questions from employees and managers and advise them on corporate policy and practice


Liaise with business leaders and staffing team to meet staffing goals e.g. assist in non-employee recruiting and hiring process through working with staffing agency for temporary assignments by screening resumes and setting up interviews; completing documentation for MMC Tax for independent contractor assignments and contingent hires, initiating immigration and relocation support through operations team and expediting exception requests.


Participate in ad-hoc special projects as required i.e. Executive Talent Management project management, college recruiting liaison, job description project etc.
