Why You’ll Love This Role 

As an HR Generalist, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the organization. This is one of two HR Generalist roles, each supporting designated departments while collaborating to ensure consistency and excellence across the company.

What You’ll Do 

HR Partnership & Employee Lifecycle 

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned departments. 

  • Provide end-to-end support across the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, development, employee relations, and offboarding. 

  • Coach leaders through performance challenges, team dynamics, and best-practice people leadership. 

  • Navigate employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism. 

  • Partner with the second HR Generalist to ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery company-wide. 



Qualifications

What You’ll Do 

 

HR Partnership & Employee Lifecycle 

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned departments. 

  • Provide end-to-end support across the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, development, employee relations, and offboarding. 

  • Coach leaders through performance challenges, team dynamics, and best-practice people leadership. 

  • Navigate employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism. 

  • Partner with the second HR Generalist to ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery company-wide. 

Recruiting & Onboarding 

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned departments. 

  • Drive an engaging and structured onboarding experience that supports early success and retention. 

HRIS Management (Paycom Preferred) 

  • Serve as the primary HRIS Administrator, ensuring system accuracy, data integrity, and workflow efficiency. 

  • Maintain employee data, conduct audits, and continuously improve HRIS processes to support scale. 

  • Own recurring reporting, dashboards, and HR metrics. 

  • Paycom experience strongly preferred. 

Benefits Administration 

  • Lead benefits administration, including enrollments, life events, and employee education, with support from the VP of Talent. 

  • Partner with brokers and vendors to ensure compliance and a seamless employee experience. 

HR Analytics & Reporting 

  • Own HR reporting and key metrics (turnover, headcount, recruiting funnel, time-to-fill, engagement, etc.). 

  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to leaders. 

  • Translate HR data into meaningful business recommendations. 

Compliance & Process Improvement 

  • Ensure HR compliance across federal, state, and local regulations. 

  • Build and refine HR processes to create structure and scalability as the company grows. 

  • Champion company culture and model our values. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on ownership across multiple HR functions. 

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law fundamentals. 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and support leaders in real-world HR scenarios. 

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Paycom experience strongly preferred. 

  • Experience owning HR reporting and using data to guide decision-making. 

  • Experience as an HRIS Administrator and/or Benefits Administrator preferred. 

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus.
