As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about people and driven to make a positive impact.

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team and act as a strategic partner to hotel leadership. In this role, you will provide HR expertise in talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development to enhance the associate experience, drive guest satisfaction, and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Partnership: Advise managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance management to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Talent Support: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and associate engagement to attract and retain top hospitality talent.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure HR practices follow all labor laws and company policies, and support audits and reporting requirements.
  • HR Data & Systems: Track key HR metrics, generate reports, and maintain accurate records in systems like Paycom.
  • Culture & Communication: Promote clear communication, coordinate recognition programs, and support a positive work environment.

Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of progressive HR experience; prior experience in the hotel, hospitality, or retail service industry strongly preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  5. Ability to build trust and strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. SHRM-CP certification preferred.
