We are looking for someone with a head and heart for the behavioral healthcare space to join our Human Resource team as an HR Generalist. Commutable to Findlay, Ohio, and disciplined to demonstrate productivity and results from home. Have the ability to come into our Findlay office bi-weekly to administer new hire orientations.


Participate in recruitment, facilitate new hire onboarding, conduct new hire orientations, benefits administration, performance management, and general day-to-day activities within the Human Resources Department. Maintain personnel file compliance, data integrity, and reporting within a web-based HR system (ADP). Leverage email, phone (on your computer), and video conferencing to report to and communicate to others.
