What You’ll Do
Guide new hires through onboarding from offer acceptance through orientation.
Process and verify confidential compliance documentation, including background checks and I-9 forms.
Communicate new hire progress and completion status with hiring managers.
Serve as a primary point of contact to ensure each new employee feels informed and supported.
Assist with HR compliance audits, reports, and employment verifications.
Maintain accurate and timely records in ADP and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
What You Bring
Education: High school diploma/GED required with some experience in Human Services; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred: Experience in human resources or child welfare is beneficial.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
