HR Generalist
Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 7am - 3:30pm

Position Overview:
This role supports a broad range of human resources functions, including recruiting, employee relations, and benefits administration. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working collaboratively to enhance the employee experience and contribute to a positive, well-organized workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports a wide range of human resources functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee support
Serves as a key point of contact for employees, helping to foster a positive, inclusive, and responsive workplace environment
Assists with benefits coordination and employee inquiries, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience
Helps maintain compliance with policies and regulations while ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping
Contributes to training and development efforts that support employee growth and engagement
Participates in HR initiatives and projects that improve processes and strengthen overall organizational effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
At least 3 years of experience in a human resources generalist role
Solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
