The HR Generalist will support the employment life cycle and the employment process and systems by executing the day-to-day tasks required to provide exceptional customer service to all employees. This position will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate proactively with supervisors, and formulate partnerships with individual managers to deliver value-added service that reflects the mission and objectives of Assistance Plus. This position has a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, processing background checks, updating materials related to recruitment/onboarding, and assisting with wellness/recognition initiatives.

This position will be required to meet the requirements of a regular office schedule, working five days per week Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm.
