POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resource Generalist will all time and attendance and payroll inquiry along with processing and reporting of Payroll. The HR Generalist will also assist with recruitment and onboaridng of our store level employees.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits
- Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
- Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
- Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
- Issuing paychecks and managing direct deposits.
- Support Operations Department with integrity of Employee Data within HRIS (ADP)
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves/ absences and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Maintaining employee records.
- Assisting with recruiting and onboarding of store level employees.
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding for corporate employees
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong experience with Payroll and Reporting
- Experience with HRIS system ADP
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- BS/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Additional HR training will be a plus
