Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
Flexcraft is seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is essential in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a trusted resource for employees and leadership, with strong organizational skills, a passion for employee engagement, and a commitment to excellence in HR practices. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is highly valued to support our diverse workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
  • Conduct initial screenings and assist in evaluating candidate fit
  • Manage pre-hire activities including background checks and testing
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes
  • Create and manage new hire training schedules
  • Support offboarding including exit paperwork and final pay coordination
  • Process employee changes and troubleshoot system issues
  • Review and reconcile timecards and resolve discrepancies
  • Assign and track LMS training
  • Coordinate supervisor and manager training sessions
  • Maintain accurate training records
  • Reconcile benefits billing with Finance
  • Assist in rolling out policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance postings and notices
  • Support safety training and documentation
  • Assist with monthly communication meetings and culture-building initiatives
  • Provide backup support for phones and front desk
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects

Qualifications:
Preferred:

  • Formal HR education or certification
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English

Minimum:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to learn and adapt to different systems, such as ADP and Trainual
