North Milll is looking for a committed and knowledgeable professional with a robust background in human resources, particularly with expertise in ADP Workforce Now. This role is essential in managing key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from crafting job postings to candidate screening, interviewing, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
-Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
-Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional company-sponsored benefits.
-HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring all data is accurate and secure.
-Compliance: Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, while assisting in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
-Performance Management: Participate in the performance review process by supporting goal setting, evaluations, and development plans for employees.
-Training and Development: Organize and lead employee training programs to foster skill enhancement and knowledge advancement.
-Reporting and Analytics: Create HR reports and analyze relevant data to equip management with actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist position.
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Previous experience in a similar industry or of comparable company size.
