HPM is seeking an HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team. The HR Generalist provides hands-on support across people operations with a primary focus on recruiting coordination and execution. This role works closely with People & Culture leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data management, employee support, and other related duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, and an excellent communicator.

HPM is a General Contractor located in Englewood, Colorado with a focus in three primary working groups; 1) Federal, 2) Commercial, and 3) Civil. We work all throughout the front range and select locations throughout Colorado, as well as key projects out of state including our secondary office in Anchorage, AK. We pride ourselves in managing clean, organized, and professional projects from start to finish with an emphasis on successful client relationships. Much of our work is for repeat clients including local governments, private clients, and the federal government. We utilize proven project management fundamentals on each of our projects.

Physical location
This position is primarily an office-based position in a typical business office environment with a low to moderate amount of noise. This position will be asked to occasionally visit job sites within a reasonable distance from the office requiring work boots, safety vest and hard hat, and weather/working conditions may vary.
