Core Tasks of HR Generalist:
Effectively manages and completes HR responsibilities including new hire orientation classes, onboarding documents, employee clearances, benefits enrollments, and other tasks required to ensure the HR department is meeting Hope's standards.
Minimum Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in Human Resources
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
SHRM-CP/PHR certification (Preferred)
