We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HR Generalist to support the HR and Recruiting team with a focus on leave of absence (LOA) administration, compensation coordination, and data reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and delivering insights through reports and analytics. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives on organization, loves working with data, and is passionate about educating and supporting the team with clear, helpful guidance. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy are essential.

National Salary Ranges:
HR Generalist: $78,950-$112,600
Please note that this role is an hourly and non-exempt position, and therefore, is eligible for overtime pay.
Acknowledging the time employees typically spend in the role, compensation is dependent on applicable years of experience and skillset.
