Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Boca Raton, FL 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Boca Raton. This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR functions, with a strong focus on recruiting and onboarding within a home health/private duty setting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Lead onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant new hire experience
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Support HR compliance, policies, and procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters
  • Coordinate and assist with training and orientation sessions
  • Travel to additional office locations as needed to support HR operations


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Strong background in recruiting and onboarding, preferably in private duty/home health
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines 

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday
  • Willingness to travel to other office locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, home health, or private duty settings
  • Familiarity with onboarding compliance requirements (e.g., background checks, credentialing)
