HR Generalist

Working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and proactive communication are key. Works closely with all departments and multiple location to ensure a positive employee experience, and we value teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills – friendly, approachable, and responsive
• Process-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• +2 years of experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, Paycom or similar)
• Time and attendance management – including timecard review, corrections, and payroll support
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes – including data entry, employee changes, and payroll adjustments
• Strong experience with employee data management – processing new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employee changes
• Experience with creating and maintaining job descriptions and job classification processes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel – including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting
• Working knowledge of employment laws – including FMLA, COBRA, LOA, ADA, and EEO regulations
• Recruitment and onboarding – job postings, screening resumes, interviews, and new hire orientation
• Support with employee relations – responding to inquiries, assisting with investigations, and documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – especially for policy communication and documentation
• Strong Team Player
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Willingness to support and collaborate on broader HR initiatives, including wellness, DEI, employee engagement, and culture-building programs
