A leading hotel management firm in Memphis is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team on a contract basis through November 2025. This role will support benefits administration, open enrollment, recruitment, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with all labor laws. Office is centrally located in East Memphis
Responsibilities:
· Administer employee benefits and coordinate annual open enrollment.
· Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
· Serve as an HR contact for employee relations and policy guidance.
· Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
· Keep accurate HRIS and personnel records.
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of HR generalist experience (hospitality experience a plus).
· Knowledge of benefits, recruitment, and employment law.
· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
