DescriptionPrisma is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual preferred) to help shape the employee experience of approximately 750 employees in our growing marketing logistics company. This role offers the opportunity to help drive recruitment, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure compliance across a multi-location operation.

What You’ll Do
- Administer key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, workers’ compensation, and compliance training.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: posting, interviewing, onboarding, and I-9 verification.
- Provide HR guidance to managers and leadership, including policy interpretation, corrective action support, and employee investigations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor and employment regulations to reduce legal risk and ensure best practices.
- Support HR system as an administrator, with PAYCOM experience strongly preferred.
QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — preferred.
- Must reside in the Phoenix metro area
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, with proven ability across multiple HR disciplines.
- Strong understanding of employment law, employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (PAYCOM strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Occasional travel as needed.
