MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One (1) year of professional work experience in Human Resources as a generalist/specialist with demonstrated knowledge of HR theory and practices.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
PeopleSoft experience preferred.
JOB PURPOSE:
Provides a wide range of HR support and advice to the entity; including offering guidance on employee terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices.
