JOB DESCRIPTION

The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for company-wide HR-related duties working closely with the CFO. This position carries out responsibilities in supporting the following functional areas for the company and its joint venture, Wurster Betterground.

• HR policies and procedural updates
• Payroll input and support with Paychex and maintaining the appropriate states are set up, so we can file/pay tax liabilities
• Benefits administration managing the open enrollment function
• Employee relations, onboarding, and recruitment
• Help define and improve the work culture and employment law compliance.
