We are a leading manufacturer of mobile medical clinics, dedicated to improving healthcare access through innovative mobile solutions. As we grow, we are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Generalist to support our workforce and contribute to our mission.

Position Summary:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role ensures that HR operations align with company values and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and coordinate recruitment efforts for open positions, including job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new and departing employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and provide guidance to managers and staff.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, life event changes, and liaising with benefit providers.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate and support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in audits, reporting, and HR metrics tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

  3. Education: College Degree in Human Resources
  4. Experience: 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or coordinator role; manufacturing a plus
  5. Performance: Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders.  
  6. Talents and Abilities:
    1. Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
    2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar).
    3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    5. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred but not required.
    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary & Benefits

  1. 80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service.
  2. Medical insurance – 100% employer contribution, participating plans.
  3. $10K Life insurance – 100% employer contribution.
  4. Dental/Vision – employee contribution.
  5. 401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match.
  6. Weekly payday, every Friday.
  7. Quarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages.
  8. Starting salary $60,000 - $65,000
