HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our corporate Human Resources team. This position is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of HR experience who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR reporting.  Full time  position  - onsite required.

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer preparation.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
• Employee Relations
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support positive employee relations by handling routine workplace inquiries and assisting with investigations as needed.
• HR Operations
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
• Prepare reports related to headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.
• Assist with maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Benefits & Leave Administration
• Support benefits enrollment, changes, and communication.
• Coordinate with Account Payables regarding monthly invoices.
• Coordinate leave requests (FMLA, medical, etc.) and track time off accurately.
• Performance & Development
• Support the execution of performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
• Compliance & Policy Administration
• Help ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and accessible to all employees.
• Assist with audits and required filings (e.g.,  401k, EEO-1, OSHA).

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field;  or work experience, plus certification or working on certification will also be considered.
• 2-3  years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-site environment.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). (ADP, ICIMS, PerformYard,
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident.
