Our state-of-the-art Circularity Center, currently under construction in Houston, TX, will be the first large scale facility in the United States, designed to process a diverse range of post-consumer, commercial, and industrial plastic waste. This innovative center will process more than 300 million pounds (180,000 metric tons) per year and convert it into ISCC-PLUS-certified feedstock suitable for mechanical and advanced recycling applications.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Cyclyx Circularity Center (C1.) The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the facility, which includes collaborating with a third-party Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
As this facility will not be operational until later in 2025, you will be an integral part of the HR team to help create and sustain the culture. As the company grows your comprehensive expertise and experience to provide HR administrative tasks, compliance, benefits, and payroll processing will be essential in laying the foundation for a strong, employee-focused workplace.

Type: Salaried; full time
Regular Office Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, some nights and weekends interacting with additional shifts.
Staff: No direct reports
Location: Houston, TX
Work Environment: Professional office.
Travel: The work will mostly be performed locally, though occasional travel should be expected.
