HR Professional
Assists in administering human resources policies and procedures. Collects and maintains HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, etc., to help make recommendations for improvement. Processes paperwork for functional areas according to established procedures. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, benefits, payroll, and policies.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and partner with other Managed Care HR team members to facilitate and plan training and development activities for new team members.
  • Assist hiring managers with the creation of position descriptions in the ePM system, provide accurate guidance/information to hiring managers regarding performance management policy and procedures.
  • Assist employees with questions or concerns they may have regarding their compensation and/or benefits.  Accurately process necessary documents to enact associated changes or corrections.
  • Assist supervisors with the PASS, ePAF, and ePM systems, answering questions and providing support as needed.
  • Assist in special projects and other areas as necessary. 
Requires bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and related experience to equal four (4) years.
