OESC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist I to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This person will be based out of the Milwaukee, WI office on a Hybrid Schedule (Three Days in Office, Two Days WFH).
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices and a passion for supporting employees throughout their lifecycle in the organization. This role will involve a mix of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to foster a positive workplace culture.
