General Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing the employment information and maintaining required documentation in personnel files and on the Human Resources Information System. This position processes changes in status, pay, and work assignment; is responsible for benefits administration, running orientations weekly, as well as assisting with the processing of workers’ compensation and unemployment claims. The Human Resources Generalist maintains direct and written contact with management, reporting changes, and ensures required documentation is in place.
