Overview

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join the HR team to support our operations in West Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, and in Gardiner, Montana. As an HR Generalist, you will support the HR team and focus on fostering positive labor and employee relations among teams, monitoring trends, and proposing constructive solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating transportation for incoming team members.
  • Assist in responding to and resolving issues in company-sponsored housing
  • Assist with the administrative functions of new hire and return to work onboarding, new hire orientation, and training; administer training attendance tracking, and enter new hires in the HRS
  • Navigate employee and labor relations matters thoroughly and timely by applicable laws and contract requirements
  • Assist the HR team with benefits and coordinate new hire paperwork for all new hires
  • Assist with providing direction and guidance to managers and team members on HR issues, including recruitment, employee relations, corrective counseling, policy interpretation, legal compliance, compensation, and benefits programs
  • Ability to drive company vehicles throughout all properties

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
