Pay: $70,000 - $110,000 / annually
HR Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
- Monday - Friday (100% on-site)
- Setting: Hospital
HR Manager Responsibilities:
- The HR manager conducts compensation and classification reviews; performs job analyses; establishes job requirements and standards; develops job descriptions and determines the appropriate classification and placement of jobs
- Conducts exit interviews and reports trends to senior leadership
- Assists in new employee onboarding and orientation
- Oversees the retirement plan in coordination with our benefits broker and third-party administrator for the 403(b) and 457(b)
HR Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent related work experience
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
- 2+ years of management/supervisor experience
- Professional certification (PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
