About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as the primary HR presence for our Camden manufacturing plant while supporting core people operations across a growing platform.

The plant is well established, with longstanding practices and relationships in place. Many members of our team bring years of service and deep operational knowledge that continue to anchor our culture and performance. This role will build on that foundation strengthening and modernizing people practices in a way that respects the experience of the workforce while aligning to current operational and compliance needs.

We believe in promoting from within and developing future leaders, and this role will play a key part in supporting that progression. We are looking for a mature, steady HR professional who can operate independently, earn trust across all levels of the organization, and help guide the next stage of growth thoughtfully and responsibly.

We are looking for a Full time employee but can be flexible for a reduced hours schedule for the right candidate; this role is designed for a senior HR professional who can manage their own time and partner closely with plant leadership while bringing structure, consistency, and forward-looking perspective to the role.

Key Responsibilities

Plant HR Leadership

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for the Camden manufacturing plant
  • Build strong working relationships with frontline employees and plant leadership
  • Support full employee life-cycle including employee relations and manager coaching
  • Maintain consistent onsite presence on a planned cadence
  • Strengthen and update existing HR practices to align with current operational needs
  • Support hiring coordination and onboarding


Platform HR Operations

  • Coordinate payroll processes
  • Administer employee benefits and support renewals
  • Maintain compliance, documentation, and HR records
  • Partner with the Leadership Team to ensure consistent processes as the platform grows


Qualifications we are seeking

  • 7+ years of HR generalist or HR manager experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or operational environments strongly preferred
  • Comfortable serving as the most senior HR presence at a site
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and practical problem-solving approach
  • Experience with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ability to modernize processes while respecting existing culture
