We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations across a multi-entity organization.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee HR functions in a shared services environment
· Support multiple businesses (150–200 employees)
· Serve as a change agent, driving process improvements and organizational development
· Ensure compliance, policies, and best practices
· Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
Qualifications:
· 5–7 years HR management or senior HR experience
· Multi-entity / multi-business experience required
· Shared services experience preferred
· Strong track record of driving positive change
· Strong leadership and communication skills
