Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring that the Company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, a deep understanding of employee relations, and the ability to create a positive and productive workplace culture. This role will require a hands-on approach to HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely, effective hiring.
Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Foster open communication between management and staff.
Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs that support employees’ growth and professional development. Ensure all staff are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in their roles.
Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews and assist managers with setting clear performance expectations, goal setting, and employee development plans.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and benefits administration. Ensure that employees are aware of and properly enrolled in company benefits packages.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management, ideally in a manufacturing or retail environment.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, with a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
