About the Role:
We are seeking a mission-driven Human Resources Manager to help lead and
support our team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. This role
is fully on-site and plays a key part in hiring, developing, and caring for our
team members.
You will work up to 32 hours per week in the restaurant. Approximately 2โ3
hours per day will be spent supporting restaurant operations alongside the
team, with the remaining time dedicated to HR leadership and administrative
responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all hiring and onboarding efforts
- Build strong staffing pipelines to ensure fully staffed shifts
- Support leadership with coaching and performance management
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
- Administer 401(k) and education assistance programs
- Foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR experience (restaurant or hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- HR certification preferred (not required)
