Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000/year + bonus.
Job Summary
Vibram USA International is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple locations. This role will focus on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a positive and engaging work environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic HR partner who can collaborate across teams, drive HR initiatives, and contribute to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Employee Relations: Serve as the primary HR contact, addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, and maintaining a supportive culture.
· Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee talent acquisition, job postings, interviews, and new hire integration to attract and retain top talent.
· Performance Management: Manage performance evaluations, coach managers on employee development, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are up to date, clearly communicated, and aligned with federal, state, and local employment laws.
· Leave & Benefits Administration: Oversee employee leave policies, including PTO, FMLA, and benefits administration in collaboration with the HR Benefits Administrator.
· Training & Development: Support employee growth through training programs, leadership coaching, and career development opportunities.
· HR Operations: Manage personnel records, HRIS updates, payroll coordination, and other essential HR functions.
· Cross-Site Support: Provide HR leadership across Vibram locations, with occasional travel as needed.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications preferred).
· 7-10+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
· Expertise in employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and performance management.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
· Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives in a fast-paced setting.
· Ability to travel through the different locations across the US (15% of the time)
